Your emails are going to spam. We'll fix it.
When quotes, invoices and replies land in your customers' junk folders, you lose work without knowing it. We find out why and fix it, usually within two working days.
Sound familiar?
- Customers say your quote or invoice was in their junk folder
- Gmail shows a "Be careful with this message" warning on your emails
- Emails bounce back with errors like "550 5.7.1" or "message rejected"
- People on Outlook or Hotmail never seem to get your emails
- Invoices from Xero or MYOB, or your website's contact form, go missing
What we do
- We check your domain's SPF, DKIM and DMARC records and every service that sends email as you: your mailbox, Xero or MYOB, newsletters, your website.
- We fix the records at your domain registrar, whoever it is: 1st Domains, Freeparking, Crazy Domains, Cloudflare or anyone else.
- We switch on DKIM signing in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
- We add a DMARC policy so nobody else can easily send email pretending to be you.
- We send test emails to real Gmail and Outlook inboxes and confirm they arrive in the inbox.
- You get a short plain-English report of what was wrong and what we changed.

Questions
Do I have to give you my passwords?
No. Usually you add us as a temporary user on your domain account, or we fix it together over a screen share. We tell you exactly what we changed.
What does "pay when it's fixed" mean here?
You pay once our test emails reach the inbox in both Gmail and Outlook. If we can't get them there, you don't pay.
Will this break my email while you work on it?
No. The changes are additions to your domain's settings. Email keeps flowing the whole time.
Why did this start happening now?
Google and Yahoo tightened their rules for incoming email in 2024 and Microsoft followed in 2025. Plenty of business domains that worked fine for years were never set up properly, and are now being filtered.
Rather do it yourself?
