Prices
Prices are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST. The price shown for a service is the price you pay for the work described on that service's page.
Pay when it's fixed
For services marked "pay when it's fixed", we invoice once the problem described is solved and you've had the chance to check it. If we can't fix it, you don't pay. If a job turns out bigger than the fixed price covers, we tell you before doing more, and nothing extra happens without your agreement.
Care plans
Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the paid month. Yearly plans are billed yearly in advance. Included change time doesn't roll over. Extra work is $60 per 30 minutes plus GST, quoted before we start.
Ownership
Your domains, accounts, content and websites belong to you. Where we register anything on your behalf, it's registered in your name.
Third-party costs
Subscriptions such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, domain registrations and automation tools are paid by you to those providers, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Liability
We take care with every job, but we're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act where it applies.
